In this week, we discuss about challenges that workers face in US which result from globalization. I can see clearly the anger of my classmates about the ideas that their jobs are exported to China, India and Taiwan etc..... Some of students argued that those jobs that are exported are not high skill jobs and the profit of those jobs are invested here in the US so that American can go to school and acquire high tech trainings to be competitive here at home.
We also worked on the fedscope trends. I have a change to analyze the US Department of Interior data in which the department use a Goal-Seeking analysis to fill its staff. The department hires its staff progressively to cover the retired workforce.

- I was born in a small French speaking country in west Africa- Togo. I grow up in the capital city Lome where I had my international baccalaureate diplomat. I speak French, Intermediate German, basic Spanish and rare african languages. After my baccalaureate, I worked for few years managing a relative's business before I move to the US. Here in USA, I went to Creighton University, Nebraska for my intensive English courses and some of my freshman classes before transferring to the University of Nebraska at Omaha for my degree in International Studies. At UNO, I was introduced to American football with the “Big N” while at Creighton University I enjoyed the best moment of “The Jays” our soccer team. In Omaha, I worked for Hewlett Packard, University of Nebraska, and some others contractors in the Heath care industry. After my graduation, I move to Maryland where I work with CSAAC and CSS which are a non-public organization that helps to reintegrate those with developmental disabilities into the community. Am married and father of three children. My little one which is the angel of the family makes my day bright
